Selling Rules, Transaction Protection, and Buyer and Seller Safeguards
1. Introduction
This Seat Marketplace Policy governs the use of the MyRankOnEarth marketplace for listing Earth Elite Seats for sale, submitting offers, completing purchases, verifying payments, and transferring ownership between users.
This policy forms an integral and supplementary part of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Earth Elite Seats Policy, and any other rules published on the platform.
By using the marketplace, listing a seat, submitting an offer, or initiating a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
2. Scope of the Marketplace
The marketplace is intended solely for transferring ownership of existing Earth Elite Seats that are registered within MyRankOnEarth between eligible users.
The marketplace does not permit the sale of:
- User accounts.
- Privileges separately from a seat.
- Certificates separately from a seat.
- Rights that are not recorded within the platform.
- Seats that the seller does not own.
- Digital assets or cryptocurrencies outside the seat system.
- External products or services.
The internal ownership record maintained by MyRankOnEarth is the primary reference for determining the owner of a seat within the platform.
3. Nature of the Platform’s Role
MyRankOnEarth manages marketplace procedures by:
- Recording listings and offers.
- Displaying payment instructions.
- Receiving transaction information and payment proof.
- Reviewing transfers manually.
- Applying the displayed commissions.
- Suspending a transaction where a potential issue is identified.
- Approving or rejecting the transfer of seat ownership.
- Updating the ownership record.
- Issuing a new certificate to the new owner once the transfer is completed.
The platform provides an administrative transaction-protection mechanism, but it does not provide banking, investment, or user-wallet custody services.
Terms such as “transaction protection” or “payment review” are not intended to represent MyRankOnEarth as a bank, financial institution, or licensed financial escrow service.
4. Marketplace Eligibility
The marketplace may only be used by a user who:
- Is at least 18 years old.
- Maintains an active and unsuspended account.
- Has the legal capacity required to enter into the transaction.
- Owns the seat being listed, where the user is acting as a seller.
- Has the right to use the funds or wallet involved, where the user is acting as a buyer.
- Is not subject to restrictions prohibiting the use of digital asset services.
- Provides accurate and verifiable information.
The platform may restrict or prohibit marketplace access where legal, security, or fraud-related risks are identified.
5. Requirements for Listing a Seat for Sale
A user may list a seat only if they are the recorded owner of that seat within the platform.
A listing must include:
- The correct seat.
- The requested price.
- The approved currency.
- An accurate and non-misleading description, where a description is added.
- Any additional information required by the platform.
A seller must not:
- List a seat they do not own.
- List the same seat more than once.
- List a seat that is already associated with another incomplete transaction.
- Provide inaccurate information about the seat or its privileges.
- Use a listing description containing harmful links, code, or prohibited content.
- Set a price that violates limits applied within the system.
- Create fake requests or offers intended to manipulate the marketplace.
The platform may reject or remove any listing that does not comply with these requirements.
6. Modifying or Cancelling a Listing
A seller may modify the listing price or cancel the listing provided that:
- No binding offer has been accepted.
- No active purchase process has begun.
- The seat has not been reserved for a buyer.
- The buyer has not submitted a payment associated with the transaction.
- The transaction has not entered administrative review.
After a payment process begins or a binding offer is accepted, the seller may not cancel the transaction unilaterally without platform approval.
The platform may automatically cancel a listing if:
- The seller is no longer the owner of the seat.
- The seller’s account is suspended.
- The listing violates marketplace rules.
- A technical or security issue arises.
- An ownership transfer begins through another transaction.
- Cancellation is necessary to protect users or the platform.
7. Seller Obligations
The seller agrees to:
- List only a seat that they actually own.
- Provide an accurate price and accurate information.
- Honor the transaction after accepting an offer or starting the purchase process.
- Not request additional amounts that are not displayed on the platform.
- Not require the buyer to pay outside the marketplace process.
- Not communicate for the purpose of bypassing the platform commission.
- Not attempt to sell the same seat to more than one buyer at the same time.
- Cooperate with any administrative or security review.
- Provide accurate settlement information when requested.
- Review the wallet address or settlement information used to receive proceeds before confirming it.
- Accept the fees and obligations disclosed before the sale.
The seller remains responsible for the accuracy of the settlement information they provide.
8. Seller Protection
The marketplace procedures are intended to protect the seller by:
- Preventing ownership transfer before payment has been verified.
- Reviewing the Transaction Hash and transfer information.
- Preventing reuse of a transaction that has already been submitted.
- Verifying the amount, network, and receiving address.
- Suspending the transaction where forged payment proof is suspected.
- Maintaining records of the listing, offer, and transaction.
- Documenting the ownership transfer within the platform record.
- Not accepting a screenshot alone as final payment evidence without verifiable confirmation.
- Settling the seller’s proceeds according to the approved transaction procedure after deducting the applicable commission.
The platform does not guarantee that a seat will be sold merely because it is listed, and it does not guarantee the availability of a buyer or the achievement of any particular price.
9. Buyer Obligations
The buyer agrees to:
- Review the seat number, category, and price before purchasing.
- Use the official payment page within the platform.
- Send only the specified currency.
- Use the specified blockchain network.
- Send the full required amount.
- Pay network fees so that the full required amount is received.
- Verify the platform wallet address before sending the transfer.
- Submit a valid Transaction Hash.
- Provide payment proof when requested.
- Not use a transaction belonging to another person without authorization.
- Not reuse a Transaction Hash that has already been submitted.
- Not submit forged or altered payment proof.
- Respond to review requests within the specified period.
The buyer is responsible for reviewing all payment details before sending the transfer.
10. Buyer Protection
The marketplace procedures are intended to protect the buyer by:
- Preventing direct contact with the seller for payment purposes.
- Displaying the payment address within the platform’s official payment page.
- Reviewing the transfer before ownership is transferred.
- Not approving the transaction before verifying the amount and network.
- Reserving the seat or restricting its disposal during the transaction, where applicable.
- Updating the ownership record after the transaction is completed.
- Issuing a new certificate to the new owner.
- Maintaining an administrative record of the transaction.
- Reviewing verifiable disputes and errors.
- Refunding the buyer in cases that qualify under this policy.
Buyer protection does not apply to transfers made outside the official payment page or to an unapproved address.
11. Submitting Offers
The marketplace may allow a buyer to submit an offer that is lower than or different from the listing price, subject to the limits applied within the system.
An offer must be:
- Genuine.
- Specific in value.
- Within the permitted limits.
- Submitted by an eligible account.
- Not intended to manipulate or disrupt the marketplace.
A sale is not completed merely because an offer has been submitted.
Subject to the available system rules, the seller may:
- Accept the offer.
- Reject the offer.
- Leave the offer unaccepted until it expires.
- Accept another offer before the first offer becomes binding.
Once an offer is accepted and the payment process begins, the offer becomes the basis of the transaction and may not be modified unilaterally.
The platform may cancel an offer where manipulation, linked accounts, or unusual activity is suspected.
12. Prices and Commissions
The seller sets the seat price within the limits permitted by the platform.
The applicable commission, or the method used to calculate it, will be displayed before the sale is completed or within the marketplace information.
The seller acknowledges that:
- The platform commission will be deducted according to the tier or percentage applicable to the seat.
- The commission may vary according to the seat number or category.
- The amount due to the seller will equal the net sale proceeds after the disclosed deductions.
- Network or transfer fees may be deducted or allocated to the party identified in the transaction instructions.
- The buyer must not be asked to reimburse the commission outside the platform.
The platform may change commissions for future transactions. A commission change will not affect a transaction that became binding before the change took effect, unless otherwise clearly disclosed before payment.
13. Payment Process
When a purchase process begins, the platform displays payment information, which may include:
- The required amount.
- The required currency.
- The required transfer network.
- The platform wallet address.
- The payment period or request expiry time.
- Relevant payment instructions.
- The required Transaction Hash or payment proof.
The buyer must not rely on a wallet address that is:
- Sent through a private message.
- Published through an unofficial account.
- Provided by the seller.
- Saved from a previous transaction.
- Different from the address shown on the current payment page.
If the payment request expires before payment is made, the buyer must create a new request or verify that the payment information remains valid before sending funds.
14. Payment Verification
All payments are subject to the manual or technical review process adopted by the platform.
The review may include verification of:
- The validity of the Transaction Hash.
- The transaction status.
- The sending address.
- The receiving address.
- The network used.
- The currency used.
- The amount received.
- The transfer time.
- The number of confirmations.
- Whether the transaction has been used previously.
- Whether there are fraud indicators or signs of unusual activity.
A screenshot alone does not constitute final proof of payment.
The verifiable blockchain record and the platform’s internal records are the primary references for confirming a transfer.
The platform may request additional information or delay approval until verification is completed.
15. Incorrect Payment Cases
A transaction may be rejected or suspended if:
- An insufficient amount is sent.
- An unspecified network is used.
- A different currency is used.
- Funds are sent to an unapproved address.
- The transaction cannot be located.
- The transaction has failed or been cancelled.
- The Transaction Hash has already been used.
- The payment proof is forged, inconsistent, or contradictory.
- The required confirmations have not been received.
- Security risks or indications of unlawful activity are identified.
At its operational discretion, the platform may allow the buyer an opportunity to correct a shortfall where doing so is possible and secure.
The platform is not obligated to refund funds sent to an unapproved address, network, or currency where those funds cannot be accessed or recovered.
16. Seat Ownership Transfer
Ownership of a seat will not transfer until:
- A valid purchase request exists.
- The required amount has been received.
- Payment verification has been completed.
- Administrative and security review has been completed.
- The applicable commission or fees have been deducted.
- The platform has approved the transaction.
- The ownership record has been updated.
After the transfer is completed:
- The buyer becomes the registered owner within the platform.
- The profile associated with the seat is updated.
- The transaction is recorded in the ownership history.
- The previous certificate may be cancelled or may no longer represent current ownership.
- A new certificate is issued to the new owner under the applicable system.
- Privileges associated with the seat transfer according to the applicable eligibility rules.
The MyRankOnEarth ownership record is the authoritative reference for determining ownership of a seat within the platform.
17. Transaction Cancellation
A transaction may be cancelled before completion if:
- The buyer does not pay within the specified period.
- The platform rejects the payment proof.
- The transaction cannot be verified.
- The full amount is not received.
- Either party violates this policy.
- The listing is found to be inaccurate or invalid.
- An account is suspended or compromised.
- Fraud indicators or signs of unlawful activity are identified.
- A technical error prevents completion of the transfer.
- Both parties agree to cancellation and the platform approves it.
- Cancellation is necessary to protect either party or the platform.
Neither party may unilaterally cancel the transaction after payment and ownership transfer have been completed.
18. Refunds
A buyer may request a refund review if:
- The platform received the funds but is permanently unable to transfer the seat.
- The seat was not actually available for sale.
- The same transaction was paid twice in a verifiable manner.
- The platform cancelled the transaction after receiving a valid payment.
- Applicable law requires a refund.
A refund is not due merely because:
- The buyer changed their mind.
- The expected value of the seat decreased.
- The buyer is unable to resell the seat.
- The buyer did not use the privileges.
- The buyer did not read the listing details.
- Funds were sent using an incorrect address or network.
- An unsupported currency was used.
- The amount was sent from a wallet that the user cannot prove is associated with them.
- Ownership was transferred correctly.
Network fees and actual non-refundable costs may be deducted from an approved refund.
Approved refunds will be sent to a wallet address that can be verified as associated with the original transfer, or to another address approved by the platform for security reasons.
19. Settlement of Seller Proceeds
Seller proceeds are settled after:
- The buyer’s payment has been verified.
- The transaction has been approved.
- The applicable commission and fees have been deducted.
- Any necessary security review has been completed.
- The approved settlement information has been confirmed.
The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the wallet information submitted for receiving proceeds.
The platform is not responsible for a transfer sent to an incorrect address supplied and approved by the seller, unless the error was caused directly by the platform.
Settlement may be reasonably delayed where a dispute, fraud concern, security issue, or transaction-related review is pending.
20. Disputes
If a dispute arises in connection with a transaction, the affected party must contact:
support@myrankonearth.com
The message should include, where applicable:
- The email address associated with the account.
- The seat number.
- The order or offer number.
- The Transaction Hash.

- The requested resolution.
The platform may review:
- Account records.
- Listing and offer history.
- Payment records.
- Blockchain data.
- Ownership records.
- Messages and notifications.
- Security activity associated with the account.
Both parties acknowledge that the platform’s records and verifiable transaction data constitute primary evidence during dispute review.
The platform may suspend ownership transfer or settlement until the review is completed.
21. Off-Platform Transactions
Sellers and buyers are prohibited from using the marketplace to identify a transaction and then completing payment or ownership transfer outside the platform for the purpose of:
- Avoiding commission.
- Bypassing review.
- Concealing the transaction value.
- Circumventing marketplace rules.
- Making direct payments between the parties.
MyRankOnEarth provides no protection for any transaction completed outside its official system.
The platform is not responsible for:

- Messages exchanged through external services.
- Offers or promises not recorded within the platform.

Accounts that attempt to bypass the marketplace process may be suspended.

- Using multiple accounts to create artificial demand.
- Submitting offers without a genuine intention to purchase.

- Attempting to compromise the marketplace or bypass its access controls.
- Automatically extracting marketplace data without authorization.
- Using the marketplace to advertise external services or assets.
- Circumventing the platform commission.
- Attempting to improperly influence administrative review.
The platform may cancel the transaction, suspend accounts, and retain records associated with the violation.
23. Taxes and Personal Obligations
Each user is responsible for:
- Determining their tax obligations.
- Reporting profits or transactions where required.
- Verifying the legality of buying or selling in their jurisdiction.
- Maintaining any required records.
- Paying fees or obligations imposed by third parties.
The platform does not calculate a user’s personal taxes or submit tax filings on their behalf, unless a separate service expressly provides otherwise.

The platform may suspend a listing, offer, transaction, or account where:
- This policy is violated.
- Fraud is suspected.

- A dispute is pending.
- Forged information is submitted.
- The marketplace is misused.
- An attempt is made to bypass commission.
- A binding request is received from a competent authority.
- Suspension is necessary to protect users or the platform.
- A technical failure affects transaction integrity.
Suspension may occur without prior notice where immediate intervention is reasonably necessary.
25. Marketplace Availability
Marketplace services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
MyRankOnEarth does not guarantee:
- The availability of a buyer for any seat.
- The sale of a seat within any particular period.
- The achievement of any specific price.
- An increase in the value of a seat.
- The permanent availability of the marketplace.
- That every user will be free from fraudulent intent.
- The absence of delays on blockchain networks.
- The continued availability of the same payment methods or networks.
- Uninterrupted operation of external services.
The platform may suspend the marketplace or modify its rules, commissions, or payment methods for technical, security, or operational reasons.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRankOnEarth will not be liable for:
- A seat not being sold.
- A decrease in its price or expected value.
- Loss of a sale or purchase opportunity.
- User errors involving a wallet address, network, or currency.
- Blockchain network delays.
- Wallet or third-party service failures.
- Transactions or payments completed outside the platform.
- Inaccurate information submitted by the seller or buyer.
- Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
- Events outside the platform’s reasonable control.
If the platform is found liable in connection with a specific transaction, its total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount directly received by the platform in relation to the transaction giving rise to the dispute, unless applicable law prohibits such limitation.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
27. Changes to This Marketplace Policy
MyRankOnEarth may amend this policy where necessary due to:
- Marketplace development.
- Changes to payment procedures.
