The services available to a user may vary depending on account type, eligibility, seat number, or the privileges granted to that user.

5. Ranking Data and Results

Ranking and assessment results are based on information submitted by the user, together with the algorithms, models, and statistical data used by the platform.

You acknowledge that:

• The platform does not necessarily verify the accuracy of income, wealth, debts, or other submitted data.
• Ranking results are estimates and do not constitute an official or government-issued ranking.
• Earth Score, titles, and classifications are proprietary systems created for use within the platform.
• Results may differ from assessments issued by financial, statistical, governmental, or other institutions.
• Results may change when algorithms or data sources are updated.
• Previous results are not necessarily fixed after the system is updated.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing it before generating or sharing any result.

Platform results must not be used as proof of income, wealth, or creditworthiness before any third party unless that third party independently agrees to accept them.

6. Financial, Investment, and Credit Analysis and Recommendations

The platform may, through privileges, artificial intelligence tools, or specialized services, provide analysis, recommendations, and guidance relating to:

Access to a particular privilege does not guarantee that the feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.

9. Seats and Marketplace

The use of Earth Elite Seats, the seat marketplace, related payments, and ownership transfers is governed by the separate terms and policies published for those services.

Those policies form an integral and supplementary part of these Terms of Service whenever the relevant services are used.

Where a conflict concerns seats or the marketplace, the terms specifically governing the relevant service will apply to the matter in question.

10. Public Profiles and Content

The platform may allow users to create public profiles or publish information, results, certificates, and other content that can be viewed or shared.

You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that:

• You have the right to publish it.
• The content is accurate to the extent that you present it as accurate.
• The content does not infringe the rights of any other party.
• The content does not include stolen or confidential information.

You must not publish:

11. License Relating to User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, to the extent that you own the relevant rights.

When you publish or upload content to the platform, you grant MyRankOnEarth a non-exclusive license to use, store, process, display, and copy that content to the extent necessary to:

Your use of the platform grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the services in accordance with these terms.

Without prior written authorization, you must not:

• Copy the platform or any substantial part of it.
• Resell its services.
• Reverse engineer it.
• Extract its databases.
• Remove proprietary notices.
• Use its brand in a manner suggesting partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.
• Create a derivative service that unlawfully imitates its functions or design.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRankOnEarth will not be liable for:
